Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.
Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.
Producing pipe diameter range Φ20-Φ160mm up to 250mm, speed range from 0.8-15m/min
Could produce PE pipe changing into related calibration/forming/sizing sleeve for PE pipe.
Flow process:
Vacuum feeder→Main single screw extruder+marking line extruder→Mould→Vacuum calibration spraying cooling tank→Pedrail haul-off machine→Chipless cutter/blade cutter(option)→reversible stacker
Note:It also could produce two-layer PPR and PE pipe

Pre-service:
1. To create a space that customers can make a reasonable plan with less cost
2. We provide services of product profit analysis, recommendation of machine and auxiliary equipment and relevant budgeting, human resources allocation and budgeting.
3. We provide the mounting dimension of the equipment base, design of equipment layout, workshop ventilation, water transmission etc.
After-service:
1. we are responsible for installation, debugging and training,you just pay for the engineer’s air tickets, eating, housing and 80 dollars each day.
2. provide service manual and maintenance instruction ofmain electric appliance, limb, usage manual of equipment.We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing.
3. 12 months for warranty.
4. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year .
